NEW DELHI: A portion of the Lajpat Nagar flyover that was once closed for upkeep has been opened for vehicular motion on Thursday morning. The PWD finished the restore work two days back and performed a check run after which a green signal was once given to open the flyover for vehicular motion.
Delhi police officials stated the PWD had sought time until May 30 to complete the restore work. However, right through an inspection it was once found that the volume of work could be finished per week forward of the time table.

Cops, alternatively, removed a tweet that informed concerning the closure of the flyover, without additional data. Since the PWD opened the flyover without any caution, the tweet was once deleted "to avoid confusion".
PWD officials say that some other inspection could be performed later this week to be sure that the repaired joints do not increase fresh cracks.
