Belagavi: In a big building, the warring factions of the Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES), that have fielded their applicants one at a time in four assembly constancies- 3 of Belagavi and one in Khanapur, have decided to sign up for palms and reinforce just one candidate in each constituency.
