NAYPYIDAW, MYANMAR: Myanmar should hold a "proper investigation" into alleged atrocities towards the Muslim Rohingya, a UN Security Council envoy mentioned Tuesday after the highest-level diplomatic talk over with to the warfare space.
"In order to have accountability there must be a proper investigation," Britain's UN ambassador Karen Pierce instructed newshounds, after visiting both the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh and Myanmar's restive Rakhine state from the place they were pushed out.
