PATIALA: The Sadar Nabha police here have booked a woman for abetment to suicide after her 35-year-old husband dedicated suicide by eating poison. The deceased, known as Avtar Singh, took the intense step on May 10 night, following which the circle of relatives rushed him to a close-by clinic, from where he was referred to a better institute.
The circle of relatives inside no time rushed Avtar to the Government Rajindra Hospital, but medical doctors declared him ‘introduced lifeless’. The police claimed the circle of relatives had lodged a criticism with the police simplest on Thursday, following which the case was registered towards the accused. The circle of relatives were given the post-mortem conducted, after which a case was registered beneath CrPC for additional lawsuits. However later, the circle of relatives allegedly were given a suicide note wherein the deceased had discussed the cause of taking the intense step.
A case was registered on the criticism of Avtar’s brother, who instructed police that his wife used to battle with Avtar on minor issues, and had remained suspicious about his whereabouts. The police claimed that now the circle of relatives was keen to make a compromise, however the case was registered. Station area officer claimed that a case beneath sections of abetment to suicide was registered towards the girl.
