PATIALA: The case of mysterious death of a 12-year-old boy in a village in Patiala, discovered hanging from the ceiling of his space on June 15, has been cracked. The police have charged 3 males from the same village with no longer most effective killing the boy but also raping his minor sister.
Officials say the boy was strangulated through the accused after he caught them raping his 14-year-old sister. The 3 males then hanged the body from the ceiling to make it seem like a suicide and threatened the woman with killing her oldsters as well if she printed the rest to them.
The oldsters were out of the house on June 15 as they were attending the cremation of a villager and the boy’s sister was by myself at home. The 3 accused allegedly forcibly entered the house and raped the woman.
The boy, who was playing within the open within sight, returned home and located the principle gate locked. He entered the house through scaling the boundary wall and noticed the 3 accused raping his sister. As he attempted to raise an alarm, the 3 caught him and strangulated him in a bid to silence him. They hanged the body from a hook within the ceiling the usage of a cloth to make it seem like a suicide.
The oldsters, who paintings as labourers, returned home and located the boy’s body and informed the police.
Both the parents and police refused to buy the suicide concept from the start. The oldsters had to begin with alleged that the boy’s maternal uncle could have murdered the boy on account of some previous resentment. The police finally approached the woman, suspecting that she knew more than what she was revealing. She finally broke down and narrated the entire story.
The police stated after the revelations they have got registered a recent case and integrated sections related to homicide, rape and felony conspiracy towards the 3 them who're in their 20’s. They have also been booked beneath the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
All the 3 are absconding with police teams seeking to track them down. Officials stated they'd an idea about their hideout and expected to arrest them quickly.
