LUDHIANA: The parents of a Class IX pupil whose kidney used to be removed because of a harm he suffered during a school picnic have alleged that their son’s academics were answerable for the 13-year-old boy’s condition.
The parents have approached the police towards the private college in Mullanpur, and police have taken down the statements of the parents and the school. The police are now in search of the advice of a criminal professional ahead of tehy ahead with the complaint.
The parents mentioned their son had gone on a school commute to Funworld Water Park in Patiala on May 31, where he suffered the harm. They mentioned that as an alternative of getting their son checked by medical doctors at Patiala, the school government simply got him first support.
The mom mentioned her son excelled in sports and extra-curricular activities, however now his future used to be placing in a stability.
The college has mentioned there used to be no negligence on its part. The main and management of the school have also claimed that they took the boy to a private medical institution in Ludhiana and were prepared to pay for his remedy.
The SHO of Mullanpur Dakha police station, Vikramjeet Ghuman, mentioned the parents had submitted an utility to Ludhiana (Rural) SSP and he had won it two days in the past. “We have recorded statements of the two events and can post a report to our seniors. Further action might be taken after the opinion of district lawyer (DA), criminal,” he mentioned.
