BENGALURU: Chief minister HD Kumaraswamy on Monday said it used to be Congress which insisted that he should head the Congress-JD(S) coalition govt in Karnataka.
Kumaraswamy said his father HD Deve Gowda had informed Congress leaders to stay the CM publish once they approached him after election effects had been introduced. However, they (Congress leaders) insisted that Kumaraswamy should develop into the CM and run the government, he said.
