AHMEDABAD: A 13-year-old boy in Paldi used to be brutally whipped with a belt by means of an unknown guy on Sunday, for objecting to his rash driving. Paldi police have lodged a complaint in opposition to the unidentified assailant.
The incident happened when Dhruv Batt, a class IX scholar, used to be returning house from tuition.
