SINGAPORE: Japan's Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera stated on Saturday it was vital to not praise North Korea for only agreeing to dialogue and it should take concrete motion to dismantle all of its nuclear and ballistic missile programmes.
Speaking on the Shangri-la Dialogue safety forum in Singapore, Onodera stated North Korea had entered into agreements to finish its nuclear programme previously only to conduct more actions to additional their guns construction.
