BELAGAVI: Five people had been killed at the spot and two others injured in a road twist of fate at the outskirts of Nippani the town within the Belagavi district in Karnataka on Monday morning after a Bolero jeep driving force misplaced the regulate of the vehicle and hit a mini truck.
The incident came about on Pune-Bengaluru National Highway-4. According to police sources, the Bolero fetching vegetables from Ghataprabha the town to Kolhapur went at the improper aspect and rammed in opposition to the mini truck coming from the wrong way. The mini truck used to be heading in opposition to Bengaluru.
All the deceased had been travelling in Bolero vehicle whilst the driving force and the cleaner of mini truck have been injured. They had been admitted to the private health center. Both the cars had been hugely damaged within the twist of fate. All the deceased are the age crew of 30 to 40 and police are engaged in tracing their name and addresses. A case has been registered in Nippani the town police station.
