NOIDA: Six years since the re-construction of Sector 18 marketplace started, it is still below construction with the surface dug up and big manholes present along the marketplace. Absence of protection measures have made the realm unsafe for those visiting the marketplace, thus resulting in loss of industry.
The repair and revamp work started in 2012 and geared toward cleaning up underground drainage, setting up overhead cables, adding to the fairway cover, setting up fountains, amongst other facilities.
