BATHINDA:: The special investigation team (SIT) probing the sacrilege cases produced six Dera Sacha Sauda fans within the court of Moga leader judicial Justice of the Peace (CJM) Bikramjit Singh on Tuesday. The court then sent them to five-day police remand.
Though the six were in police custody for the remaining 3 days at the CIA centre at Jagraon, they were officially arrested on Monday within the case registered at town police station, Moga on March 7, 2011 under fees of arson and harm to public belongings. Earlier on Monday, dera follower Mohinderpal Singh Bittu used to be produced within the court and used to be sent to five-day police remand. As according to the SIT, Kotkapura resident Bittu used to be involved within the cases of sacrilege and the police reached other accused via him.
Bittu used to be arrested from Palampur in Himachal Pradesh on June 7.
The six other people have been recognized as Sukhwinder Singh Sunny of Kotkapura, Randeep Singh Neela of Faridkot, Shakti Singh of Dagge Romana village, Baljit Singh of Sikjhawala village close to Kotkapura, Nishan singh and Ranjit Singh, both from Kotkapura. All those are mentioned to be fans of the Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa.
The SIT on Monday had recovered some pages from a ‘bir’ from the place of dwelling of Shakti Singh, though his members of the family denied it. The sources mentioned the SIT used to be trying arduous to get better the stolen ‘bir’.
