HOWRAH: A local Trinamool Congress chief in Howrah district was shot useless my miscreants, police stated lately.
Md Mohsin Khan, a Trinamool Congress booth level secretary in Bagnan house of Howrah district was returning house ultimate evening when the miscreants shot him useless at Haturia village in the district, they stated.
Khan's spouse is a Trinamool Congress gram panchayat member.
Protesting the gunning down of Khan, native villagers blocked the NH 6 near Haturia village for approximately two-hours ultimate evening hard rapid arrest of the culprits.
The police stated they have got detained three individuals for questioning in connection with the case.
