Traffic diversion for Ukkadam Flyover construction

COIMBATORE: The state highways department on Sunday started paintings at the Ukkadam Flyover that shall be connect from Ukkadam Junction with Athupalam. Due to the paintings, visitors police have made restrictions on visitors movement.

Heavy automobiles coming from Trichy Road shifting in opposition to Pollachi will have to take diversion from Sungam and take the direction of Podanur Market-Sarathamil Road to hook up with Pollachi Road. Vehicles travelling in opposition to Palakkad Road will have to take diversion from Ramanathapuram Junction and shuttle via Nanjundapuram to Podanur Road and connect to Palakkad Road.

Vehicles that shuttle from Palakkad Road and Pollachi Road travelling in opposition to Mettupalayam Road and Thadagam Road will have to shuttle via Kulathupalayam-Shanti Ashram School Junction-Ponnaiyarajapuram and then connect to Thadagam Road. Vehicles from Palakkad Road and Pollachi Road in opposition to Avinashi and Trichy Road will have to shuttle to Kurichi Pirivu-Podanur Market-Nanjundapuram-Trichy Road.b

Heavy automobiles travelling from Avinashi Road in opposition to Palakkad Road and Pollachi Road shall be diverted from Lakshmi Mills-Puliyakulam-Nanjundapuram-Podanur Market and Pollachi Road.

Buses from Ukkadam Bus Stand travelling via Kuniyamuthur shall be allowed to take the usual routes.
