Won't change schemes introduced by previous Congress govt: Parameshwara

DHARMASTALA: Deputy chief minister G Parameshwara stated on Sunday that no resolution might be taken personally with reference to finances and the farm loan waiver.
Parameshwara instructed reporters after offering prayers at Sri Kshetra Dharmastala that he'll meet former chief minister Siddaramaiah, who is present process naturopathy treatment.

“Any resolution referring to coalition government’s finances and farmers’ loan waiver might be finalised most effective after discussions in coordination committee headed by Siddaramaiah.

No resolution might be taken personally, both by me or chief minister HD Kumaraswamy,” Parameshwara stated.

Kumaraswamy has already given statements regarding the farm loan waiver. Congress has never antagonistic the statements of the chief minister. Siddaramaiah had waived off farm loans to the track of Rs 8,165 crore.


The previous Congress government also had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce farm loan waiver. Now chief minister Kumaraswamy has met Modi again and sought sanctions to the track of Rs 50,000 crore to announce whole agriculture loan waiver within the state,” Parameshwara stated.


On Siddaramaiah’s objections to new government presenting recent finances, Parameshwara stated, “We is not going to change any construction programmes that Siddaramaiah presented during his tenure as chief minister. We have decided that all previous schemes will have to be persevered. Hence, there may be not anything unsuitable in new government presenting a recent finances.”

Siddaramaiah is our leader and it is our accountability to satisfy him once I seek advice from this place. On appointment of new KPCC president, Parameshwara stated, “Party top command will take appropriate resolution at appropriate time.”
