HISAR: A 32-year-old woman from a village in Hisar district has alleged that she was once gang-raped, illegally confined and assaulted in a space past due on Thursday by three individuals of the similar village. The rape survivor additionally alleged that this incident came about because she had complained against the accused to the police about they being considering liquor smuggling.
Hansi police spokesperson Suresh stated a case had been registered against Meghraj, Dharmendra and Gangoli underneath Sections 376-D, 323, 342 and 451 of the IPC. The woman said within the FIR that every one accused had been promoting illegal liquor within the village. Late on Thursday, all accused entered her space and gang-raped her. “When I protested, they beat me up,” she added within the grievance.
After the incident, all accused escaped from the spot and some relations admitted her to a health facility. Police stated after the medical examination of the rape survivor, a case had been registered against the three.
