NEW DELHI: A conflict between two groups of students of a government school ended in the demise of a 17-year-old boy. The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon in a park adjacent to the school in Jyoti Nagar in north-east Delhi and was a follow up of a quarrel the boy and his friends had with other students earlier.
According to police, the gang during which the boy was a member was serious about a combat with some students 10 days in the past. The circle of relatives of the boy had therefore withdrawn him from the school. On Wednesday, the boy had long past to school along with his mom to assemble his transfer certificates.
The youngster had asked his mom to return house, saying he would come later with the paperwork. “He was intercepted through the rival workforce outdoor the school,” his brother claimed to TOI. “They took him to a nearby park the place they put a polythene bag over his head and punched and kicked him till he fell subconscious.”
