PATIALA: Almost a decade after the son of a former senior superintendent of Punjab Police, his security guard and others, robbed a Maharashtra diamond trader of Rs three.7 crore worth of treasured stones near Phillaur, the District and Sessions Judge of Faridabad (the place the case was once later transferred) has held them guity of the crime and awarded them imprisonment from seven to 10 years.
Mohit Sharma, son of former SSP (vigilance) Shiv Kumar Sharma, his security guard head constable Harbans Lal and four others have been held in charge by the court docket on Monday.
