ALAPPUZHA: The fortunes of a Kerala formative years changed in a single day on Tuesday after he gained Rs 13 crore in a raffle in Abu Dhabi. Tojo Mathew (30) of Kuttanad gained 7 million dirham (Rs 13 crore) on a price tag (number 075171) that he had purchased at Big Ticket raffle with the help of his pals.
