BENGALURU: Mohan Nayak, 50, the 7th accused to be arrested in the Gauri Lankesh homicide case, claimed to be a doctor of sorts who ran an acupuncture medical institution at Kumbalagodu, Bengaluru, sources in the Special Investigation Team mentioned.
Mohan used to be arrested from his village of Sampaje, close to Sullia, on the Dakshina Kannada-Kodagu border on Wednesday night time, and produced prior to a town court docket which remanded him in judicial custody for six days.
