BHUBANESWAR: Odisha chief secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi on Friday regretted the federal government’s letter to governor Ganeshi Lal’s office in quest of clarification on the governor’s Rs 46 lakh flight bills right through his consult with to his house the city Sirsa in Haryana ultimate month.
