COIMBATORE: The town police on Friday arrested yet one more person in connection with the kidnap of a flower dealer close to RS Puram on Saturday morning.
On ultimate Saturday, a six-member gang from Madurai with the assistance of as many people within the town had kidnapped flower dealer Vishnu Raj and deserted him on Tiruchy – Madurai bypass street. The police had arrested six folks from town on Wednesday.
Police arrested Prabhu, who helped the six accused within the case to get in contact with a gang eager about kidnapping in Madurai.
Based on his confessional observation, police have known the Madurai gang chief as Sathish.
Meanwhile, the special workforce has left for Pudukkottai in line with a tip that the group was travelling close to that district.
