NEW DELHI: The executive on Tuesday sought parliament acclaim for a gross Rs 11,698 crore in further spending, which includes capital infusion in national carrier Air India, within the present fiscal 12 months.
In a observation tabled within the Lok Sabha, the government stated internet further spending will only be Rs five,951 crore , as the remaining can be funded from financial savings.
The further spending is on top of the budgeted Rs 24.42 lakh crore spending introduced for the 2018-19 fiscal 12 months in February, when put next with Rs 21.43 lakh crore spending within the earlier fiscal 12 months.
