'Army constructs footbridge for school children in J&K's Rajouri'

JAMMU: A footbridge, built by way of Army to fortify connectivity for college students in a far flung village, used to be Thursday devoted to the folks in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, a defence spokesman said.


The college positioned at village Jaba had asked Army authorities for construction of a footbridge over a circulation to ameliorate problems faced by way of kids, the spokesman said.


He said the Army took up the motive and finished the construction of the footbridge over the circulation in per week.


The Army also worked to fortify the varsity playground in terms of levelling and staining, the spokesman said including it might lend a hand the youngsters to indulge in sports and leisure activities.


The college control and villagers liked the initiative and expressed gratitude to the Army for enterprise this activity, the spokesman said.
