BHUBANESWAR: The term-end exam of students enrolled for different classes run via the Indira Gandhi National Open University (Ignou) will start from Saturday and continue till December 31.
More than 20,000 students will appear for the exam in 28 facilities underneath Regional Centre, Bhubaneswar.
The university has set up 4 exam centres in jails for prison inmates appearing for the examinations underneath RC, Bhubaneswar.
Around 500 inmates from the jails at Jharpada in Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Berhampur and Choudwar in Cuttack will appear for the examinations, mentioned Santosh Kumar Panigrahy, assistant regional director of Ignou.
Hall tickets or exam intimation slips are to be had on Ignou site www.ignou.ac.in.
