LUCKNOW : UP Police on Wednesday described the Bulandshahr flare-up as part of a conspiracy to escalate stress, pronouncing that the cow carcass recovered from the jungle of Chingravati village near Syana was once no less than two days outdated.
The police also disclosed that they've arrested 4 other folks within the incident but did not explain if the arrested men had been present in Bulandshahr on the day when the alleged cow slaughter happened.
The arrested men had been known as Sajid, Sarfuddin, Banne and Asif.
Sajid and Safruddin are from Naya Bans, while Banne and Asif had been shown within the police document as hailing from Ahmadgarh and Aurangabad in Bulandshahr.
“The incident in Bulandshahr was once a big conspiracy. This is not only a law and order issue; query is how did the cattle carcass reach there? Who brought it, why and under what cases. These angles are being probed,” said state director normal of police OP Singh. Addressing a press convention on Wednesday, IG crime SK Bhagat, while replying to a query on the opportunity of conspiracy, said that the initial probe has discovered that the carcass was once outdated. “The cow carcass is being assumed to be no less than two days outdated. Cops: Bajrang Dal man was once complainant in first case
UP Police also said that footages are being accessed and collected to identify the person who fired the shot at inspector Subodh Kumar Singh.
On Monday, UP Police had registered two circumstances — first involving alleged cow slaughter on grievance of pro-Hindu outfit Bajrang Dal district coordinator Yogesh Raj and 2nd on the violent clashes and riots resulting in killings of Subodh Kumar Singh and a civilian. Raj was once complainant within the first case but after brouhaha over violence that unfold throughout Bulandshahr, UP Police became him into an accused with fees of murder and rioting against him. Raj, 27, is absconding and has been freeing videos pleading his innocence.
UP Police also printed that they've registered every other case on discovery of carcass on Amargarh Road under Jahangirabad police station of Bulandshahr. “Police had gained the tips on cow slaughter here and went directly to arrest 4 men after getting better the cow carcass. The police have booked Asim, Raqib, Awan Khan and Wasim Khan and brought them into custody,” said Bhagat.
