Court denies bail to graft accused PF officer

Vadodara: Graft accused enforcement director of provident fund Paru Tiwari used to be denied bail by a periods court right here on Saturday.
Tiwari, who used to be arrested on December 17 after she grew to become herself in, had sought regular bail from the court right here pleading innocence in the case and that there is alternate in cases in the case.

She had knowledgeable the court that she has been wrongly booked in the case as she had neither demanded nor authorized the bribe from the complainant and it used to be the middleman Hasmukh Trivedi who had demanded the bribe and projected himself as Tiwari’s applicant.

However, the additional public prosecutor Ok P Chauhan hostile her bail by referring to the transcript of the conversation between Tiwari and Trivedi by which she had confirmed she is mindful that Trivedi has gained the fee of cash from the complainant and she also asks Trivedi any other transaction.

The court of important district and periods judge J C Doshi denied bail to Tiwari by upholding arguments made by Chauhan and after going in the course of the transcripts of conversations between the complainant and Tiwari and between Trivedi and Tiwari.


The court noticed that since Tiwari has confirmed the receipt of fee, her prima facie involvement in visible.


Tiwari used to be previous denied anticipatory bail by the similar court and the Gujarat prime court. Later she had even moved Supreme Court, however her plea used to be no longer admitted and she used to be directed to give herself prior to the investigating officer.


Tiwari used to be booked for demanding a bribe of Rs1.2 lakh from an IT corporate owner. She had asked Trivedi to collect the bribe and used to be nabbed red-handed on October 15 by ACB sleuths. Tiwari had been absconding since then.
