Surat: Tapi Shuddhikaran project, which remains stuck and seems to be going nowhere, raised hackles of participants of Tapi Safai Abhiyan Sankalan Samiti at a gathering attended by income minister Kaushik Patel in the city on Monday.
A few participants had been frustrated that the project has did not take-off as envisioned. Files relating to Tapi Shuddhikaran project are still mendacity with IIT Roorkee waiting for technical approval. They are but to be despatched for ultimate clearance to Central Government.
