PATNA: Leader of opposition in the state assembly and RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Friday said CM Nitish Kumar have shyed away from giving replies to the issues of public significance raised by the opposition on the ground of the House all over the wintry weather consultation, that used to be adjourned sine die by the Speaker on the day.
