PATNA: Four persons, including two ladies, have been arrested as police on Sunday busted a intercourse racket near Congress Maidan below the Kadamkuan police station area in Patna on Sunday.
Kadamkuan SHO Nishikant said three women elderly round 20 years have been rescued from the rented accommodation the place the intercourse racket was once being run. Four persons, including two ladies, have been arrested. The two men arrested have been recognized as Amit Kumar (40) from Nawada and Manoj Kumar (35), a neighborhood.
He said the home was once taken on rent through one Ashok Kumar round eight years ago. He said police have been looking to trace Ashok. The SHO said the 2 rescued women have been brought round one and a half months back.
Octogenarian overwhelmed to demise: One octogenarian was once overwhelmed through a private bus on Fraser Road below the Kotwali police station area within the city on Sunday. He died right through treatment at PMCH. Kotwali police station SHO Ramshankar Singh said the deceased was once yet to be recognized. He said the bus motive force fled from the spot. The bus had passengers who had come to attend the Rauniyar group assembly in Bapu Sabhagar.
Stabbed: Police have been yet to arrest the person who stabbed one Nikhil Kumar (18) near Khemnichak Mor below the Ram Krishna Nagar police station area in Patna on Saturday night. SHO Sunil Kumar Sharma said Kumar was once a Class X student and was once stabbed in his waist. The SHO said he died right through treatment at a private clinic. Sharma said the early life was once from Badi Bazaar locality in Madhubani and lived together with his mother Rupa Devi (45) in a rented accommodation at Subhash Nagar. He said Kumar was once killed due to previous enmity.
