BHOPAL: Union minister Uma Bharti Sunday said other people can be "surprised" and "shocked" if no solution was once found to the Ram temple factor, in spite of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath being at the helm at the Centre and in Uttar Pradesh respectively.
