WhatsApp no. for Delhi BJP's booth-level workers

NEW DELHI: The BJP's Delhi unit has arrange a WhatsApp number, called "Namo Again", to successfully connect to around 69,000 booth-level staff forward of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. BJP Delhi unit chief Manoj Tiwari felt that the chain of oral conversation was not that effective and directed the birthday party's social media and IT mobile to use the cellular number to hook up with all sales space conveners, in-charges and panch pramuk, birthday party leaders stated.

Panch pramukh or booth-level staff are the birthday party's direct hyperlinks with citizens at each polling sales space.

There are 13,816 polling cubicles within the national capital. The BJP has appointed five panch pramukh at each polling sales space, totalling around 69,000.


"It was felt that messages and directions of the party's national and state leadership were getting delayed in reaching booth-level workers. Also, monitoring of completion of assigned work was not that effective," stated Neelkant Bakshi, Delhi BJP's social media and IT mobile co-convener.


The "NaMo Again" cellular number will determine an immediate hyperlink between Tiwari, sales space conveners and the core workforce of 375 sales space in-charges thru a WhatsApp workforce and broadcast lists, Bakshi stated.


The sales space in-charges will connect to panch pramukh to spread the messages additional down the line thru WhatsApp teams, he stated.


"The entire chain of communication is so devised that the messages and directions from party president to the booth level are communicated within seconds," Bakshi stated.
