NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to introduce Artificial Intelligence(AI) direction as an non-obligatory subject in Classes 8,nine, and 10 from the next academic session. The resolution used to be taken in the recently held meeting of Board’s governing frame.
By launching AI as a talent subject, Board’s vision is to make the scholars well-versed in applied sciences and fortify their technical expertise.
According to officers, The subject AI will be one of the vital optional topics on the vocational facet. The idea of introducing AI as a school subject used to be originated in a session held on the NITI Ayog, from where the Board began to discover the idea that.

Apart from this, CBSE has taken resolution to use two units of query papers to test the facility of Class 10 scholars in Mathematics from the brand new academic session. One query paper will be simple and other one is standard. Students who don't need to absorb Maths in higher studies can opt for the simple query paper.
