RAJKOT: Hundreds of other people in Bhuj participated in the funeral procession of 10 people who had misplaced their lives in the accident reported from Chirai village of Bhachau taluka in Kutch district on Sunday night. The procession was taken out from Jeshtha Nagar locality of Bhuj on Monday morning.
The victims, who had been from the Kotia family, integrated five kids elderly between 10 and 16 years and two ladies.
“The Kotia family was at first from Rajasthan and had been dwelling in Bhuj for the previous 35 years. They had been into laundry industry. The victims had gone to Mogaldham temple in Bhachau and from there they had been supposed to return house to Bhuj. However, as an alternative of going to Bhuj, they decided to talk over with their relative in Adipur and headed towards there,” stated an reputable from Bhachau police station.
When the victims took the street to Adipur, close to Chirai village they met with the accident. They had been killed when the SUV they had been travelling in was badly mangled upon getting boxed between two vehicles sporting shipment containers. According to police, the SUV was driving between two vehicles — one going ahead and the opposite at the back of it.
“The truck ahead of the SUV implemented brakes, following which it rammed into the truck’s rear. At the similar time, the truck coming at the back of the SUV rammed into it,” stated the reputable.
