The new security measures have been adopted following the molestation of a teenage patient by way of a janitor, who used to be believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
In order to curb such incidents, the hospital has opted to test if someone getting into the premises is under the influence of alcohol. Anybody subjected to breathalyser assessments discovered positive will not be allowed to enter the hospital.
