Officials get clues on tiger deaths

Nagpur: The investigating officials within the poisoning of 2 tigers, wild boar and a civet cat has got vital leads and can zero in on the culprits soon.
On December 30 and 31, a male and a female tigress were found useless in tourism zone Paoni range of Umred-Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary, 75km from right here.

Chief conservator of forests (CCF) and box director of Pench Ravikiran Govekar has constituted 10-11 separate teams to probe the mysterious deaths.

Assistant conservator of forests (ACF) GP Bobde is investigating the case. There were rumours that a leopard too died in the similar house because of poisoning but officials denied. It was a couple of leopard pores and skin present in Kondhali range.
