MANGALURU: Southern Railway, Konkan Railway and West Central Railway have determined to increase the periodicity of teach 02198/02197 Jabalpur-Coimbatore-Jabalpur superfast weekly special.
During non-monsoon timings as much as June nine, teach 02198 Jabalpur-Coimbatore superfast weekly special will leave Jabalpur at 11am each and every Saturday from January five to June nine and achieve Coimbatore at three.40am on the third day. Train 02197 Coimbatore-Jabalpur superfast weekly special will leave Coimbatore at 7pm each and every Monday from January 7 to June nine and achieve Jabalpur at 10.20am on third day.
During monsoon timings from June 10, teach 02198 Jabalpur-Coimbatore superfast weekly special will leave from Jabalpur at 11am each and every Saturday from June 10 to June 29 and achieve Coimbatore at 5am the third day. Train 02197 Coimbatore-Jabalpur superfast weekly special will leave from Coimbatore at 7pm each and every Monday from June 10 to July 1 and achieve Jabalpur at 12.45pm the third day.
The teach will halt at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi, Harda, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Igatpuri, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, Mangaluru junction, Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikkode, Tirur, Soranur junction and Palghat stations.
Composition of the trains will be 19 coaches together with one composite (2 tier + three tier) AC coach, two three tier AC coaches, 10 sleeper coaches, 4 normal and two SLR coaches.
