KOLKATA: A transgender individual was discovered dead within his rented flat at Baguiati’s Jagatpur on Tuesday morning. Cops said Sarat Biswas of Madhuban in Burdwan was discovered mendacity at the flooring with deep ligature mark on his neck.
The law enforcement officials added that a dupatta was also discovered putting from a hook in the ceiling. Police suspect Biswas had committed suicide the use of the dupatta.
