PATNA: Unidentified poachers, armed with sharp edged guns, hacked to death two home guards inside Valmiki Tiger Reserve (VTR) at Bagaha the city in West Champaran after midnight on Saturday.
Police mentioned that the slain guards were identified as Arjun Yadav and Hiralal Kushwaha. They mentioned that some other home guard Pradeep Mahto was severely injured within the assault who was rushed for emergency clinical consideration to a hospital within the the city space.
Muzaffarpur zonal IG Sunil Kumar mentioned that a staff of home guards were on patrol within the wooded area space which falls below Gobrahiya police station space in Bagaha.
