CHANDIGARH: Police on Saturday arrested three individuals for allegedly murdering an auto motive force for Rs 500.
The sufferer has been identified as Mithilesh, 20, a resident of Hallomajra. Brijesh, the sufferer's brother, mentioned each were using automobiles in the town. Brijesh mentioned he parked his auto in front of a shop of spare portions at Hallomajra on Friday around nine pm, when Arun Kumar, a mechanic at the shop, advised him to remove the car and asked him to pay Rs 500 that he had borrowed from him.
Brijesh asked Mithilesh to return with Rs 500. In the intervening time, Kumar known as up Nitin and five to 6 individuals extra to the shop. As Mithilesh in conjunction with his friend Dalip reached, Nitin, Kumar and others started thrashing them with sticks, bricks and an iron rod. As the accused spotted that passersby had started amassing at the spot, they fled. Brijesh alleged Nitin hit his brother with a screw motive force on his brow. All the injured have been taken to Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, where Mithilesh succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.
Police registered a homicide case and arrested Kumar, Nitin, and Pankaj, all from Hallomajra. The other accused are absconding.
