PATNA: Union minister of state for rural building Ram Kripal Yadav laid the foundations for different passenger-centric tasks on the Pataliputra Junction, Sachiwalay Halt, Phulwarisharif and Danapur station below the similar department of the East Central Railway (ECR) on Monday.
