Nirbhaya's kin seek execution of death sentence

NEW DELHI: Parents of Nirbhaya, who was gang-raped and murdered in 2012, have moved a Delhi court in the hunt for dying warrant of four convicts without any prolong. Seeking expeditious directions, the plea mentioned that it is the need of the hour and law that the dying sentence be achieved as early as imaginable and not delayed to any extent further.

"Not only the entire nation is awaiting the execution of the sentence awarded to the convicts, but the entire world is curiously looking at the Indian judicial system," mentioned the plea, filed through attorney Jitendra Kumar Jha.
