PATNA: An on-the-spot foundation laying ceremony for the much-awaited Patna metro rail venture will likely be held at gate quantity I of the Patna zoo concurrently with the principle programme at Begusarai which will likely be presided over via Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi.
