Kalaburagi: After expressing displeasure over the BJP’s collection of fielding Umesh Jadhav from the Kalaburagi Lok Sabha constituency, veteran Dalit leader Okay B Shanappa on Saturday made public his decision to surrender from the birthday party’s number one membership.
