Credai launches application that showcases sanctioned flats

NAGPUR: Local bankruptcy of Credai, an association of actual property builders, has introduced an app which showcases sanctioned flats to be had on the market around the town. The app (CREDAI Nagpur Metro) introduced on Saturday may also be downloaded free of cost from Google Play Store.

Credai local bankruptcy president Anil Nair said the app has large levels of flats from over 400 tasks, starting from Rs12 lakh to Rs3 crore, and 1BHK to 4BHK. “The app also has flats’ photographs, house, cost, location, facilities in respective house and so forth. One can seek for flats clicking on an interested house or via size and vary of flats. Contact details of developers/builders are also given in the app. This will save brokerage fees. Also, house loans are also facilitated from the app itself,” he said.


Nair added five-member team has been appointed to ensure all details about the flats ahead of importing its details on the app.


“All flats displayed on the app will be sanctioned ones and in addition RERA registered. Buyers too can shortlist interested flats and save their search. They can contact builders or transfer forward with buying process from their shortlisted listing. New flats will be up to date in the app every now and then,” he said.


Credai may be spreading consciousness a few of the patrons to avail concession in hobby on house loans under the central government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).


People with an annual income up to Rs6 lakh can get subsidy of 6.five% in hobby in purchasing flats adopted via four.five% for income workforce of Rs6-12 lakh in step with annum and three% for income workforce of Rs12-18 lakh in step with annum.
