IIM Rohtak organises 8th convocation

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak organised its eighth convocation all the way through which quite a few students had been awarded, a commentary stated on Sunday. It stated 254 students from PGP and FPM programmes had been felicitated on Saturday. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Chairman Arvind Saxena was the chief guest at the match.


Addressing a gathering, IIM Rohtak Director Dheeraj Sharma stated it was an fulfillment that all students had been placed well within the business as this was the seventh largest PGP batch among the 20 IIMs.


"There has been a four-times increase in the female students inducted to the institute this year with the best gender ratio," a commentary quoted Sharma as announcing.


Rank holders Rajat Jain and Akshay Malik had been awarded silver and bronze medals respectively. Prakhar Chabbra was awarded a gold medal for being the all-rounder.
