SURAT: Police arrested a 23-year-old guy for allegedly raping an eight-year-old woman here on Friday. Cops from Surat railway police station nabbed Buddhivilas alias Batki Rajaram Vishwakarma, a resident of Chhapra Bhatha Road, on explicit knowledge from his brother-in-law’s area in Umargam in Valsad.
