Russian woman not to enter India sans valid visa

AHMEDABAD: Anastasiia Leonskaia, the Russian lady facing charges of unlawful entry and overstaying her visa, gave an enterprise to the Gujarat top court on Thursday, mentioning that if she is authorized to go away the country, she's going to by no means go back to India with out a valid visa.
Last week, the top court requested her to give an enterprise that she would no longer violate the legislation one day, when Leonskaia’s advocate Nachiket Dave insisted that since no offence used to be found towards her during her remains in India, she should be granted an exit permit or deported so she may reunite with her 7-year-old daughter Maitino Stefania in Irkutsk city.

In an enterprise she filed in the top court, Leonskaia stated, “If I'm given exit permit and/or deported from India, I shall by no means re-enter India with out a valid visa.” She has agreed to offer her biometric data to the Indian businesses and to abide by way of all stipulations imposed by way of the top court.


Justice Sonia Gokani posted a further listening to for Monday, when the government will reply to Leonskaia’s enterprise.
