CHENNAI: A tipper lorry knocked down two motorists, killing them on the spot, at Sothupakkam sign close to Red Hills after the motive force misplaced keep watch over, on Monday morning.
The deceased were identified as Chandrababu, 48, of Avadi and Johnson, 54, of Panchetti. The lorry driver whose identity could no longer be established also suffered grievous accidents within the accident. He has been admitted at Stanley Government Hospital. Johnson's son Sujith, who was riding pillion, escaped with minor accidents.
