NEW DELHI: The frame of a girl used to be discovered placing in a public bathroom close to Maa Anandamayee Marg in Govindpuri on Tuesday. The girl, who lived within reach, had left home to relieve herself. When she didn't go back, her family started searching for her till somebody spotted her frame. While the potential of a suicide has now not been ruled out, cops also are probing for foul play.
The girl’s family said she were given married two years ago in Hisar, however she had returned to her oldsters as she used to be allegedly being harassed through her in-laws for dowry. Her husband had adopted her again to Delhi, and used to be pressuring her to go back with him, to which she had reluctantly agreed. “When she went lacking, we called her husband, however he feigned lack of awareness,” said the woman’s brother-in-law. Her family suspects she used to be killed, which used to be made to appear to be a suicide.
The frame has been sent for post-mortem and police are scanning her phone for clues. A suicide observe has now not been discovered. A magisterial probe underneath Section 174 of the CrPC has been initiated into the death.
